The Sufis of Chechnya

Published by paradise1 at 6:27 am under Islam

“If a wolf asks a dog why he is chained up…
…the dog says: That’s how it is.

I prefer to be free, says the wolf and he walks away.

That’s what it’s like for us.
And even if it is difficult…
…we are very satisfied with our life.
Praise God.

If only for a day, for a year…

You can better die like a cockerel
than a chicken.”

    As’salamu ‘alaykum Sidi,

In chechniya it’s known as the ‘chechen war chant’. Before the Muslims go on jihad/battle this is what they do.

They say that it’s so deep, especially the one being performed by the brothers that when someone tries to cut them or harm them with a sword they remain unharmed, unscathed!!! SUCH IS THE POWER OF DHIKAR ALLAH!!
